“Hustle for the Pretty Things” is a popular phrase around The Warehouse for a particular reason: Gefer Sims.
She has come from a large, creative family, highly passionate about hands-on work. Gefer will always go above and beyond to help her clients. She is a skilled professional in event design and coordination and will give you highly creative work and conjure magic.
She says, “For me, it’s about the relationships. I want to get to know my clients. I want to see them out and about in the future, to see that they’ve had children so I can throw a party for them too.”
She further adds. “I want to be an asset to Hot Springs and the surrounding areas.”
Gefer says her prayer before she meets her client. She can understand exactly what she needs to do in this way. “I never say, ‘No.’”
In Hot Springs, the venue and showroom are close to the historic downtown and offer 2500 square feet of event space with on-site parking, a catering kitchen, and a sound system. There are endless opportunities with an all-inclusive event venue. Started in 2006, Gefer took over The Warehouse and Pam’s Party Rentals at the beginning of 2020. However, for over 10-years, she has been helping her family and friends. She didn’t think twice when it came to following her passion.
